STANDING COMMITTEES

Shoot Committee:  

(a)   Shall suggest dates for:

i.        Amateur Trapshooting Association shoots and the number and order of events for the day.

ii.      Summer, Winter, and any other league shoots.

iii.    The Club Championship shoot

iv.    Any practice shoots.           

(b)   Shall set the rules for all shoots within parameters of the Amateur Trapshooting Association rules.

(c)   Coordinate shoot dates with other clubs and the Executive Committee.

(d)   Shall provide the membership and guests a printed and electronic schedule to events.

Trap Committee:

(a)         Shall maintain and service the trap machines, voice release and trap controls.

(b)         Control a parts inventory for repairs.

(c)         Inventory targets in storage.

(d)         Coordinate parts and target inventory with the Executive Committee.

(e)         Set the traps for target presentation.

(f)          Responsible for when fields are lighted.

(g)         Load targets into trap houses in preparation for a shoot.

(h)         Coordinating with the Executive Committee the number of trap help needed for a shoot including relief help.

 

Trophy Committee:

(a)         Shall provide options for trophies or rewards for events shot at the Club.

(b)         Coordinate with the Executive Committee regarding cost and selection.

Property and Grounds Committee:

(a)         Shall be responsible for the overseeing and upkeep of the Club property

i.           Buildings, trap houses, benches, access road, parking lot, walkways, Trap fields, lights (trap field and convenience), mowing of grass, shade trees and any other infrastructure in or out of buildings. 

ii.      Maintenance of the equipment (other than trap machines and voice release systems) to perform their duties.

iii.    Coordinate with the Executive Committee regarding costs.
